User Agreement and Commitments made to Users

By creating an Account to take the Finance Foundry Assessment you commit to, and are bound by the following agreement between yourself (‘You’) and Finance Foundry Ltd (‘Us)

This agreement comprises as follows:

• We are committed to providing fair assessments that encourage candidates to be evaluated based on their skills, knowledge and reasoning capabilities

• We deliver assessments in a manner that allows all candidates to demonstrate their capabilities on a level playing field

• We maintain records on assessments delivered for the benefit of the hiring company and include unique referencing within assessment materials to ensure materials cannot be used to provide advantage to any one person

• You commit to respecting the overriding objective of fairness and warrant that you will not attempt to misuse our intellectual property included in the assessment

• You commit to refrain from any form of copying, electronic or otherwise, in the course of completing the assessment

• You commit to refraining from supporting any other person in the course of this assessment or impersonating another person for whom the assessment was intended
